Rude staff, and the drinks are grossly inconsistent. Way too much sugar/flavor one day and zero the next.
I frequent this DD a lot due to convenience & when running around in a hurry. Depending on who you get at the drive-thru is everything. 1-2 of the people are very rude and cut you off as you give your order to them. On top of that, when asking for "less spread" of cream cheese on a bagel, it would be as if I am asking for them to lend me $500.00. Now when you get the correct person who will actually listen to your entire order it is done correctly. Docked 2 stars for the ongoing issue of interruptions from a few staff members.
We have come here at least 1-2 times per week for the 3-4 years. The service is excellent and the staff friendly. We have visited other DD and they don't compare to our Mt Airy one :-)
Painfully slow counter service and two people in front of me were waiting even after I left. Staff was unapologetic for their errors. Management seems to not have a handle on things. Twice, donuts bought for a meeting were stale.
I've always enjoyed going here. The people have been so kind to me and served me well! Drive thru and inside service!
