Fantastic experience with the service department and sales team. Experienced issues with my 2014 Trail Hawk and the entire staff engaged to ensure we had a loaner, remained in contact with us on the progress, and in the end due to ongoing issues were able to put us into a 2016 Trail Hawk and minimal financial impact to us! Better vehicle, less mileage, and better warranty. Highly recommend this dealership.
After looking for my truck at two "down county" larger dealers, walking into Century was a breath of fresh air. I would almost rather leave a negative review of those places, but they haven't asked! There was a relaxed, no pressure approach at Century. The Sales Manager took me right to his office and put his "cards on the table." No hiding behind a counter like the Wizard of Oz. Rebate/financing options were explained in simple terms, and I was actually afforded the opportunity to leave and sleep on the offer. The other 2 dealers made the threat that I may "lose" the current rebates, etc etc, if I didn't do the deal that day. My subsequent follow up with the sales staff, and vehicle prep staff, has been great. I am very happy with my new F150, and highly recommend this dealership.
Good place to buy a car, friendly and fast. BUT, make sure you review all financial paper work. There was an error in one of the forms.
