In the beginning (4ish years ago?) it was a great company. Small and helpful. You could talk to Ben and he would go out of his way to help out finding new rates etc. recently it's all his staff that answers questions and it's hard to get a straight answer from anyone. It took 3 days for an agent of his to try and redo a simple auto insurance policy.

Today when I called to cancel a long standing policy I found the operator to be quite rude. I understand I'm leaving your business and that can be frustrating but she made no attempt to salvage my business. Again I get it you're frustrated that I'm leaving your company but it's not personal it's money.
