Due to a long wait on my first order. I was given a coupon for a free 2 topping large pizza on my next order. When I placed my second ordered, I received a cheese pizza (with no toppings). When I questioned the manager Gen, told me she it was my fault and could not give me the pizza I ordered. I would have to come in to the store and talk to her boss the next day. No apologies, it was my fault, it was not Papa John's fault. I will not be ordering again.
I order from here frequently and rarely have an issue with my pizza. As I usually pick up my order, I can't speak to how their delivery is. I prefer this over the other pizza chains in Mount Airy. They tend to have nonstop specials during the week, especially during baseball and football season.
Waited a while for my food, but the manager Goshia was very friendly and made sure my order was hot, fresh, and correct. I enjoy coming in and seeing her smile. When I see her I know my food will be perfect.
The pizza is very good! It may sometimes take a while. I have waited an hour for my pizza. Its better to just get carry out and not delivery.
Waiting almost 2 hours for pizza to have my card charged double and told i was not able to get a refund for over payment
