Very caring and professional. We only live three miles away so very convient. We have two beautiful rag doll cats and won't take them any where else. The staff and doctors are great.
Left desperate message at 7 pm last night about our terminally I'll dog needing immediate help. Begged on voice mail and email to their office as to what to do. Eventually we ended up in emergency clinic in Westminster who helped end her suffering . She could not walk and crying in pain. Children watching and crying. Do you know ...NOT a phone call nor email response to our cry for assistance last night or today !! No emergency number to speak with a vet. So if you have a problem with your pet after hours, you won't find help there
Everything about our experience was wonderful. First, they were super upfront about cost and expectations which was awesome. I'm always nervous about a new vet charging for crazy stuff. The staff also stroked my dogs ego to the max. They must've told him 100 times that he was the "most handsome dog" as he was enjoying the pets from all of the staff
The Vet and the tech and the receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. As we had difficulty catching our cat for the appointment. They were amazing at handling the shy cat. Vet was also very helpful and informative to us. I recommend Taylorsville Clinic.
It was so sweet. They took care of all shots, all recommend service, and a general check-up like a boss. Then, when they weren't sure of my dogs particular behavioral issue, they researched it, contacted known behavior specialists, and gave me an open invitation to come back if their suggestions didn't work. It was so open and inviting. I really appreciated everything about my experience and trust them with my babies.
In response - NO ONE contacted us to see what you could do for us. How our dog was or to see if we found care for her. It is only. NOW that you respond to us - odd after hours. So the entire day - NOT one person reached out to us. Don't bother with a sympathy card. We will transfer the remaining pets to another clinic
This is the only place we will take our pets. The care is personalized and the staff really take the time with you and your pets. We have been taking our pets to Taylorsville for 20 years or so. We have been through routine treatments and more complex issues, new puppies and kittens, and easing old friends to the next life. In all aspects the staff took great care with our pets and made sure we understood everything we had questions about. We were always provided with options and never pressured into something we couldn’t afford or didn’t need. Fantastic place and fantastic staff.
