All was like this bank people are really nice
very poor service. one teller in the entire bank running both the drive thru and the counter and it took me almost a half hour to cash a check. make sure your employees show up for work.
Regardless the day or time of day, the service is always the same... crappy. The tellers never greet you or smile, slow service and long waits. There is this one older lady (always walking into some office you can see from the drive through) who will see the other teller helping someone and just keep eyeing the other customers, doing nothing, without offering any assistance.
Could not get anyone to answer their phone when I called. Poor customer service again
Worst of the worst customer service as mention from others... never have enough employee ...
