NEVER BANK WITH THEM EVER!!!!!
The WORST banking institution in the Country!!!!! Hand written requests from an idiot in the Riveria Beach branch, which I haven't dealt with in 14-15 years, requesting confidential information about my wife's name on MY account!
I've been banking here for 5 years, and every bank employee is fantastic!
Won't ever deal with this bank again. Teller was rude and had a chip on her shoulder....
They are competent and courteous.
We've always had pleasant experiences at that bank, both in terms of tellers and relationship bankers. We've set up safe deposit boxes, changed our names after marriage, and opened new accounts at this branch. All of those transactions went smoothly and we were treated with respect. This branch is one of the reasons we'll be getting our mortgage through M&T (they had a competitive interest rate, but we chose them over a slightly better rate because we can trust them).
After contacting Manager in Mt Airy, MD where we bank now, he took care of it. 2 weeks later my wife gets a letter threatening to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT id SHE doesn't respond! These people are total unadulterated IDIOTS!
