I love this place. I was treated with the utmost respect by a employee named Josh. He was very nice and had an amazing smile. Personally I think he should become the manager. Thank you very much for making a pleasurable experience.
I went in to order a spicy Italian. It was amazing. I never thought I could get treated with such kindness from one employee. I think his name was Josh. The sub above average. I will be coming in way more frequently to get subs. This employee made it in such a way that no one else has made it. I asked for it mikes way and it was just amazing. My friend Dan recommended this Jersey Mike's and I am so pleased that he did.
People are super friendly. The subs look great, not just thrown together. And they taste even better than they look. Now, if they would just switch to Come products.
So I love you guys, but please stop messing up my order! A couple weeks ago I got a regular cheesesteak when I ordered a chicken one online. Then tonight I got the man's order behind me and he got mine. Didn't notice I had his cheesesteak until I got home. Also, the one time on Christmas Eve where the times online didn't match the store. I ordered online and went to a closed store.
